I spent the first part of my career working as an individual contributor, crafting UX copy, marketing materials, instructional content, help systems, in-box manuals, wireframes, and more.
Once I turned my focus to the iTunes ecosystem in 2007, my projects steadily grew in complexity and volume. Before long, I needed to build a team of UX writers to accommodate the workload. With my leadership, the team routinely delivers outstanding work on some of the world's most well-known products.
